Lacy. Thomas is a direct descendant of Thomas Lacy I, Immigrant. According to the 1770 census; Thomas was 56 yrs. old and Susan was 32 yrs. The 1880 census (Otter, Bedford Co., VA) has a Susan Lacy, widowed. Oswald D. Lacy was among her children that was still at home.
