I contacted the Woodruff County Library and they do not have records back that far. Is there some place else that might have a copy. Thanks.

You might try your nearest Latter Day Saints Library - they have indexes to so much, and can order things for a very small fee. In Little Rock, there's the Arkanas History Commission , near the State Capitol.
