Grigsby and Eliza Norrell Grigsby. I see the question about where they are buried has already been answered. My daughter & I visited the Oddfellows Cemetery in 1990 and took photographs. I had the photographs that my dad and aunt had taken in the 1950s when they returned to the McCory/DeView area. Nettie, my dad, and aunt had returned to DeView in 1907/1908 and were there when Eliza died. William B. Miers and Nettie O. Grigsby Miers were my grandparents. Nettie died in 1912 in Hearne, TX. Now, that said, I thought no one else would be interested in this line as Nettie was the only child that lived. From another researcher, I learned that Eliza had had two or three children by her first husband, also a doctor, but they did not live. My question is, what is your relation to Edward O. Grigsby? Also where did you find his middle name? My dad had said his grandfather's middle name was Olenda and Nettie's middle name was Odella. I have copies of Edward's Civil War service from the MS Archives. Also, his "invitation" to the Civil War. I also have his diploma from medical school.
