Hello List, The 1850 St. Francis County, Richland Twp, AR Census has the family of William L. DOBKINS with his wife, Mary, who he had married in about 1848, with their eleven month old twins: James A., and Samuel L. Dobkins. Mary's maiden name was ADAIR, and she had first married John PARKER in late 1830s. John Parker had died in late 1840s, and his and Mary's children are with her and William Dobkins on that 1850 Census. John Parker and Mary's children listed are twins, John and Prudence Parker, William H. Parker, Lena M. Parker, and Mary E. Parker.
