This possibly could be my grandfather who was born in Tnn, parents born in VA, moved to Fla abt 1855, served in the 2nd, FL Infantry in Civil War married Carrie Anderson in 1868 in FL. She died in 1873 aft 1st child, Charlie was born. Richard disappeared and did not show up again until 1885 in the Hernando Co., FL Census. Rumor has it that he went out West. This is all the info I have on him prior to 1885. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Nancy
