Why was such a name given, and exactly where is is located??? My Grandparents, WILLIAM JASPER and PRUDENCE ANN PARKER MOORE, were from that area. I am doing a search on the family of BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PARKER, son of JOHN THOMAS and ELIZABETH JONES PARKER, grandson of ARCHIBALD and MARY ADAIR PARKER.
