    3. Surnames in various eastern counties:: ANDREWS / ANDERS (from NC>GA>AR) also shown as ADAMS; PULLEN (at least 1 came with Andrews); COOPER and LINDSEY / LINDSAY (from Benson G. Cooper line in SC); MCLAIN, MCCLAIN, MCLEAN, MCLANE, etc (from ?NC / TN, ?IL & KY); HOUSE (from Carolinas / Ga); HOLLEMAN / HOLMAN, from VA); FLETCHER, SMITH, FRY, MEAD; MUNS / MUNNS / MUNSE (from KY, ALA); MARTIN (from SC); and more . . . My research shows that my various family lines, dating from mid 1840s, were scattered around eastern Arkansas in several counties during the early years---arriving in the 1840s and 1850s, and scattered even more as the years passed. Lawrence County, Craighead, St. Francis, Monroe, Woodruff, Logan, Randolph counties are a few of the counties involved. **I want to order the Woodruff County, Arkansas Loose Probate Records, 1862-1900, compiled by Marion Stark Craig, etc). Information at Rootsweb states these records are published by and available from Arkansas Research, P.O. Box 303, Conway, AR 72033 for $18.00. A phone # 501-470-1120 is shown. I placed a phone call this morning, and left a voice message--but thought I'd pose my questions here also . . . 1--Are these records (as well as as Lawerence County tax records) still available from the above address for $18.00? 2--And do I receive a book with all the records that show in the index? Or must I request specific records, names and page numbers? Thanks for advice, Audrey Williams Stanaland Loudon, TN
