He was at work in the woods near Weldon and was fatally struck by a falling tree. He was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife; one son, Billy Joe Hutson; four daughters, Bonnie Faye, Connie Raye, Rosemarie of the home, and Mrs. Mary Edith Keen of Missouri; one brother, three sisters and three grandchildren. Graveside services were held Saturday at two p.m. at Union Cemetery by Rhodes Funeral Service.
