    3. Penter's Bluff is (almost certainly) in Independence County. I have been there a million times, and believe me, there are no county markers out there that I've ever seen at least, but it's a lot closer to Cushman than it is to Guion. If I was a betting woman, I'd bet on Independence! Wall about 1860, was at Penter's Bluff farther down the White River from Guion, Izard Co AR.
