If the lady died in 1918, I would almost believe she died in the flu epedemic of that time. (My grandfather said all he did was haul ice to pack the sick in and dig graves during that time of 1918.) There is a death index at your local library in the genealogy room if you live in Arkansas which will be covering 1914-1948. That could nail down some exact dates of death. It is my understanding that if you order a death certificate this information is needed. If you need a research person, I can suggest someone. Have you contacted the White County Historical Society to see if they had any info on the people.
