There is a e-mail for Eddie Best on the front of this site and he is very big with them. Also, go to Google and type in Arkansas Federal Land Records. Type in the man's surname. It is a very good possibilty that his name or a relative's will pop up. This may prove to be helpful. I also know an elderly lady who may have just accidently known them way back when, if you want to chance a phone call to her. She lived in White County at that time at what was called Four Mile Hill having been born in 1914. Her father-in-law visited all the time at Georgetown as he had kin from Georgia who lived there.
