I checked the County Clerk's office today for your marriage request and this is what I found: Located in book M page 66, Milo H. Leib of Russell, 30 years old married Mattie Moore of Russell, 18 years old. The were married July 1, 1899 by W. C. McManus, J. P. The county clerk was H. A. Smith, and the deputy clerk was J. S. Linscott. Nothing was said about the location.
