I have had very little luck even finding anyone with the last name of Speaks in the area. I know that Jesse and Elvira Speaks moved to White county, Arkansas and were there in the 1870 and 1880 census. They had 8 children. Their sons James and Henry ended up in Oklahoma and then Henry moved to Texas. I will be most happy to share information. Thanks Sandra [email protected]
