I suspect it may be a different Rachel Hughes.,but I have a Rachel Ann Hughes Born in 1853 in White,Arkansas, Daughter of Andrew Jackson Hughes of McMinnville,Warren, Tennessee, and Sarah Elizabeth Marsh also of McMinnville,Warren, Tennessee, both of whom died in White, Arkansas, near Letona.
