He was born in White County, Arkansas on 20 June, 1896. He married Mable Gertrude Kirk (daughter of William Buchanon Kirk and Gertrude Harrell) in about 1916 in White County, Arkansas. In 1920, he was living with wife and kids in Antioch, Arkansas. He then moved to Washington State, then Oregon, and finally settled in Payette, Idaho in 1940. He and Mable had four children: Clifford, Willie Lee, Kenneth, and Teddy. When he died in 1960, his obituary stated that he had three brothers and one sister still living. Does anyone out there know who Burnie's parents are, or who his siblings were? Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
