I am asking an question about your McDaniel and Robbins surnames. I have been doing family research for several years now on the KING family here in White County. I have come across many times the names of McDaniel and McDonald . one of the Kings married a Tom Robbins . My question is were there some connection to the Kings ? My reat grandfather Pinkney McDonald King and one of his brothers was named Jesse McDaniel King. I haven't found any marriages with those names , but I was wondering if there was close friendship . I think they lived in the same area. Step Rock and Judsonia. Any light on this would be greatful. I haven't found any document that says. The Kings had many sons. There might have been a close friendship.
