Going by her death certificate it says her father is Frank DUKE and mother unknown. I cannot seem to find a Frank DUKE on 1900 or 1910 census in White Co, Ark. Carrie Mae DUKE married Otis S. ROGERS on October 21, 1906 in White Co,Ark. She was Otis ROGERS 2nd wife. No info to small! Thank You, Theresa
