Hi Mark, I have been looking through the 1860 census page by page in search of John L. West. I have searched 121 of the 191 pages so far. I will let you know if I find something. The 1880 Census should reveal the rest of James C. West sibblings and they all should be living in the Marion Township in 1870 and 1880 or the Cadron Township. James C.
