Speck was the widow of Thomas Stuart Hall who was lost during the Civil War. Their children were: Hester J. Hall, b. 1855, MS, d. 1937, Cleveland Co, AR. Married Hiram Calvin Ballentine Mary Hall, b. 1860, MS, d. unk Thomas Ellen Hall, b. 1862, MS, d. 1945, Bradley Co, AR. Married Samuel Luther Tate.
