    3. Hi List, I am looking for information on the siblings of R.S. (Robert Scott Bell) Bell & Louisa Jacobs. R.S. came from Caldwell County KY to Monroe AR at the time of the formation of that county about 1830 & lived there until his first wife's death about 1848 then he moved on to White County AR. In about 1848 he married to his 2nd wife, Arvilla Ann Waterman from New York. By his first marriage he had several kids but I only know the following names to be true. Mary, Joseph (Judge JJ Bell), James Bell. Can anyone provide a marriage lookup for Robert Scott Bell & Louisa Jacobs & Ann Arvilla Waterman in AR, please. I have not been able to locate these two marriage. He went by the initials of R.S. Bell. Any ancestors out there who have this Robert Scott Bell and Louisa Jacobs in their line? R.S. Bell was a lawyer, Judge in Monroe CO., AR then in White CO., he became a Cumberland Presbyterian Minister, 1859 took a post in Indian Territory to be the first Postmaster for that Marshall County OK, ran Burney Academy . I am already in contact with Judge JJ Bell's ancestors but we do not know what happen to the other children of R.S. Bell & Louisa Jacobs. Thank you! Best Regards, Vicki
