He was born abt 1899 in Arkansas and is listed in White Co. on the 1930 census. He was married to a Hazel Raney. She died in childbirth Aug 1929 giving birth to twins Howard and Hazel in Georgetown. Dewey died abt 1974 in Arkansas. I know they had four other children besides the twins.
