I have no idea of when he would have died which makes it hard to tell county clerks a date to search for a death record. He was born in 1854 in Indiana. His daughter my grandmother was last known to be in that area in 1910. Ambrose would have been around 56 at that time. If still alive in 1910 he would have died some time after that. All his children from his last marriage stayed in Ark. for the most part. If anyone happens to run across a headstone for him post here...

I have info on your Green ROBBINS and his wife Olivia. My info says they were married on November 2, 1856 in DeSota, MSMarr IGI MS fiche from another researcher on the Robbins. I have also a marriage of Green D. Robbins a 1st wife named Anna Burdine b. abt 1824 d. aft 1845 I have children of Green and Olivia are Elbert Algernon b. 1857 d. 1933 married Ida May Crooms 2nd child Willie Robbins married Ida Thomas 3rd child Charlie Robbins b. abt 1861 and Molly Robbins and last Samuel Robbins I don't have any dates on the latter. I have that Green Robbins was in the Civil War in the confederate Service in the 15th AR Confederate Army . I have that a William R ROBBINS and Algernon S. Scott for his parents. I have other children listed on these names if you want more. There is a number of Robbins buried in White County, I have this info because there ias a Tomm Robbins that married into my King Family.
