While I don't recognize any of the individuals you name, my next door neighbor here where I live on Sunset Mountain in Winslow Township in southeast Washington County (about six miles east of Winslow and a thousand feet higher) is the widow of Robert Spears. Her son, Bob Spears lives just beyond her to the north. As I understand it, the Spears have lived in this area for well over a hundred years. You would do well to look at census listings for Winslow and Reed Townships in Washington County and at the cemetery listings for the Sunset and Black Oak cemeteries. -- Robert W.
