Thanks, Peggy, on my John & Molly Couch Fitzgerald's daughter Elmira's marriage to John Wesley Lynch. I have her spelled "Elmyra". I also have that his parents were William & Sarah Treece Lynch (without sources). It came from Dorothy Fitzgerald Allan's article in old Backtracker and/or new Washington County History book, as did most of my Fitzgerald information. Will pass for now on your offer of Lynch descendants; there are too many Fitzgeralds to keep track of over 4 generations back!! However, we would be very interested in any data on a possible obscure Lynch ancestor, Elvey Lynch, who m. Thomas Couch Jr. (d. 1784 SC). A couple of us in California, Oregon, and Washington do track John & Molly's daughter Eleanor "Nella, Ellen" Fitzgerald who m. William Henry Sherrod (my husband's grt-grt- grandmother). Migrating with adult children from Washington County Arkansas, she is bur. in WallaWalla Washington and has many descendants in the Pacific Northwest. Her husband Wm. H.
