    3. White House cemetery was donated by my ancestors, the Hanna family. The patriarch of the family was Samuel C. Hanna (1775-1837). He is buried there. I was there in June. There is an inscription on the gate post that attests to the donation. It reads "Whitehouse Cemetery Established 1800 and donated by the Hanna family 1854." I have a picture of myself at the gate. I took digital pictures of the gravestones of the Hannas. David L.
