Jerry, I do not when I will be able to do any obituary hunting at any library at this time. I am getting ready to go on a Mission trip, so am trying to get family obligations taken care of before I leave. It wil be sometime in July at the earliest, that I could even look, so maybe someone else on the list that lives locally may be able to help you out. I only have the Washington Co. Obituary CD that cover the years1841-1912. As to the location of the Karnes Cemetery, I have no idea where that might be. I am less familiar with Washington Co Cemeteries, as I live in extreme Northern Benton Co. and have only made a few searches in Washington Co. for any of my few family burials in Washington Co.
