"The Handybook for Genealogists" published by Everton Publishers, Inc. lists all counties for each state, even if they are not longer a county. I looked up Arkansas, and could not find your Dachingo County listed. Also, Bill Dollarhide's "Map Guide to the U.S. Federal Censuses, 1790-1920" does not list such a county for either 1830 or 1840.
