Hello listers, If a resident of Fayetteville died in another state in 1950, would their obit have been published in the local paper in Fayetteville? My grandfather died in Kansas in 1950 while on his way back home to Fayetteville. His body was shipped home and he is buried in Fairhaven or Fairlawn Cemetery (cannot remember the right name). Any info would be most helpful. Debbie
