We have several Harer families in Washington County spelled as Harer, Harrer, Harrow, Harrah. These families, by tradition, are believed to be descended of John Harer and Sarah Watkins (or Wadkins). I know much work has been done by my grandmother and others to link up the descendents of this couple with subsequent marriages and children, however, my current database/PAF file is incomplete and only shows my direct line and not all of the cousins etc. If this looks like a feasible solution to your search, I may be able to put you in touch with those who have more complete data. No, there is a large clan of Hanna (also spelled Hannah) people in Washington Co., AR. The Hannas descend from Samuel C.
