Jettie, I looked up Jessie Millsaps in my Van Buren Co. Cemetery book and found the following: Millsaps, Jessie Co E 2nd ARK CAV Mar 26, 1927 - Jan 9, 1900 There are quite a few Millsaps' in the book but all later. Hope this helps.
