Hi Yvonne, In the Van Buren Co. Marriage Book Indexes (1865-1991), there are no Carlocks listed in either brides or grooms. There is only one Edmonson: Lowell Edmonson who married Mae Trammell in 1935. (Book 15, page 117). Perhaps this helps with a branch of your family.
