In the 1800s the town may have been either Sunnyside or Lick Mountain. According to the 1880 Census, Rachel's parents were born in North Carolina. Rachel C. is in the 1880 Census married to William E. Hembree, age 34 born in Georgia. William Hembree's parents were both born in South Carolina, according to the Census. Children listed in the 1880 Census are: Martha J. 12 born in GA Augustus V. 10 born in GA Newton P. 2 born in AR Augustus Hembree age 50 is in the Morrilton, Conway County, Arkansas Census. With a wife, Ivey 43 born in AR and a son whose name appears to be Timothy age 24. The penmanship is poor.
