Owen Bost and wife are preparing to return to Los Angeles, Calif. Mr. & Mrs. J.K. Driver are rejoicing over the arrival at their home last Friday night of a fine boy. We are indeed pleased to know that John Bost, who has been ill for two weeks is now on the road to recovery. Joe Whitfield, of Lonoke county, came in last week to see his brother, Will, who is very low at this writing. he is also visiting his father-in-law, W.W. Burk. Frank Campbell and Miss Vannie Wilson were married Sunday at the home of the bride's parents. We join with many others in extending congratulations and good wishes for a long and happy wedded life. Clinton's Sick Recovering "Uncle John" Hackett, typhoid fever, continues to improve, although to him the progress doubtless seems slow. considering the seriousness of his condition at one time and his consequent weakened condition his family and friends feel he is to be congratulated upon the progress made. Mrs. Minnie Russell, who contracted the pneumonia while visiting at the home of her father, W.F. Griggs, successfully passed the most dangerous period last week since which time a commendable improvement has been made. It will be several days, however, before she could hope to leave her room, much less expect to return to her home at Ft. Smith.
