You can contact the VB Co. courthouse, the address is on the site.....or you can order the microfilm from your local LDS library and go through it. If you've never used an LDS library - these is one in all the LDS churches....which you probably have in your town or very close by. The film cost is $6 and they will keep it for several weeks at your local location for you to use. Takes about 2 weeks to come in. I "think" I have also posted a list of the film available on the site....maybe on the Whats New page as sometimes they are hard to find on the LDS library site.
