Hi Carla, I just noticed your posting on the Arkansas board and was wondering what your family tree was. I had a ggggrandfather near Evening Shade named Matthue Avery Jackson who had a mill near Evening Shade (south of Poughkeepsie). Just wondering if there was a connection.
