Kirk, Though my maps have legend symbols for cemeteries, they are very difficult to spot on the small and not too well printed maps. I am looking at a 1936 map, and the road going north (or northwest) out of Calamine forks about a mile out of town. On the right fork at what would be about ½ mile there appears to be a cemetery on the left side of the road. Sorry I can’t help you more. Lew
Lew, Thanks, I found that one on my 1960 vintage map. I am going to try and visit some of those just to document locations and take pictures. I will post my results. Is there any way you can scan the map in, just the section around Calamine and send it by Email? I have notes on a cemetery on Campground Road but have not found it on any maps. I did find the Sullivan Cemetery where my GGrandmothers folks are buried and will try and visit it when I get time.
