Hi Ginny, I was happy to post the obituary on D. C. Ring and now even more so, I can add his Christian name to my notes in the book that I will publish on the abstracts and extracts of the Monette Sun. This is a very slow project as I have to use one of only two copies of the microfilm at the Jonesboro library. I am trying to get the AR History Commission to make copies but it will take time. About 20 months ago I took a trunk load of these newspapers to Little Rock for filming (1930's to 1960's) and they have finally completed the project. I ordered my 7 rolls of film, and am now waiting very impatiently for them to come. I will continue to post anything pertinent to Sharp Co. to the list.
