I have the Prior Birth Records CD, and will do look ups. These were births before 1914 that had not been registered .Beginning in 1942 more than 300,000 such births were registered. This CD has the ones that applied for prior certificates in 1942 & 1943, and that is 103,000. The Arkansas Genealogical Society and volunteers will continue indexing until the project is complete. Send me the name, mother's maiden name if known, and county if known. I have found that the only relatives of mine who show up are the ones that had to obtain birth certificates to work in places during WWII.
