Malisa, I can't help you with your Rutledges. I am interested in your GREEN family though. I am descended from Edd GREEN from MO & his wife Adis (Ada) BUCHANNAN, from TN. Their oldest son was Thomas & he was my grt-grpa. Do you have any siblings for your James? My Thomas was born in 1879 in Fulton Co, I think. But Adis lived in Sharp Co in 1870.
