Hi Marian: The info that I have states that this Wood line was from Washington Co. GA then on to Macon, GA. I have great info from the late 1800s on but next to nothing about the early days. I do, however, have names: Mizle, Jared, Jared Hudson, Luther Hudson, Guy Darracott, and my dad, William Hudson Wood. As a very interesting note... My son is backpacking through Europe this summer and met a boy in Switzerland with red hair named Brian Wood. His family also from GA. Tommy said, "Well, we must be cousins then." SMALL WORLD. Debbie
