    3. I have been to the library in Hardy and the Ash Flat Court House. Both were very helpful. When taking pictures at the court house, you cannot use a flash. Make sure you take a camera on which you can turn the flash off. Also, if you can find someone that worked or taught in the schools up there they can be most helpful. I met Bartus Allen back in 87 the first time I went and he was able to get me started in the right direction. I found the staff at the court house to be most helpful.
