Thought some of you might like to know about this site since our research isn't always limited to Arkansas. This site has Arizona birth certificates older than 75 years and death certificates older than 50 years. It's not just an index. You can see actual copies (PDF) of the documents. http://genealogy.az.gov/ Now if we could just get the state of Arkansas to put up such a site... <sigh> Dale

Anyone researching in West Virginia should check this one out, www.wvculture.org it also has death certificates on line (PDF). Marriage and Birth records are also on line although not all counties are up yet. It's a wonderful site. Ellen Tolleson Reesh (CA)
