Bev, I'm related to Martha Ragan. She was born in 1842 and married James Frederick Carter, who was born 7-7-1857. They are my gr-gr-grandparents. I have that her parents are Joseph Wesley Ragan (born 1806) and Rachel Turner. Are we related?
