I know some of ours was born in Tenn in 1840,s There was a Mary Collins, born in 1820s in Ala. she had 2 daughters name, Mahala J, and I belive Martha, born in Tenn. they were in Mo in 1860.in Carter county. she had 2 boys in the household in 1870 in Howell county.
