Hello Krista, I am pretty sure that James Houston Ellis was not George's father, but I could be wrong. Here is who I think is his family as they ended up in Sharp Co. from Izard Co. Izard Co. is one county away from Sharp Co. Here is the 1870 censius for this family. This is how they are listed at Ancestry.com.
