Me again John, Here is the 1900 AR. Census for this family. Remember to always double check this information. Here we go. James Carter Head, Age 38, Born MO, Father TN, Mother MO, Joseph B. Son, Age 22, AR, MO, TN, James D. Son, Age 20, AR, MO, TN, Mary E. Daughter, Age 16, AR, MO, TN, Emily C. Daughter, Age 16, AR, MO, TN, This census lists James as being born in July of 1861, it also lists him as being married, he was in present marriage for 23 years, he was a Farmer, he was able to read and write, he was renting his farm. Joseph was born in Dec. of 1877, he is single, he was a Farm Laborer, he was able to read and write. James D. was born in Aug. of 1879, he was single, he was a Farm Laborer, he was able to read and write. Mary and Emily were both born in Sept. of 1883, both single, it lists Mary as attending school within the year, both were able to read and write. The information on this census is as of June 1, 1900.
