My G Grandparents & Grandparents on my dad's side both married in Sebastian Co,Ark. My G Grandparents Moses Vandever LEWIS & Sarah Catharine RHOADS married in 1855 Sebastian Co,Ark. In his pension papers he says the courthouse burned,so he couldn't get a copy of their license,so I don't know if they filled out an application.
