Over the years he served as president of the Arkansas Bricklayer's Union, past president of the Heavener Eagles Aerie, and was a 32nd degree Mason. He served in the Navy with the Pacific fleet during World War II. Pat will be remembered by generations of families over this region who wanted a new home built or an old one remodeled, or a new building for a new or growing business, or any and all general contracting projects. His conviction to provide a professional service made his reputation in the construction arena. He will be fondly remembered by any friend or stranger who shared a fishing hole with him. He loved to fish and was as no nonsense about that as he was about his construction business. He was always in the hunt for the next big catfish.
