H., jeweler who placed on the copper box a small silver plaque with the date November 24, 1916, and his own name. The little plaque was wrapped in white tissue paper which was still white and had not deteriorated. Greenwood Court cornerstone opened October 8, 1968, after 52 years. 70-4 - Picture of 1st - 3rd grades, Greenwood School, 1898, lists Mae H. No particular order 72-10 - Story about Hamilton Isaiah Hughart (Zake) the blacksmith. G.C. H., the jewelryman, is noted as liked to stop and watch Zake work 76-36 - 1912 Central - 4 stores, a gin, the post office was in the store that was located in the place where Mrs. Cory H. lives now 77-48 - Picture of 1914 graduation class includes Julia H. and Lewis H. 81-8 - G.C. H. listed as 1909 Master of Greenwood Lodge# 131 (Masonic) 80-35 - Listed R. L. H. as having an interest in the Berry Growers Association 86-5 - 2nd year, Bess Gains (Miss); Teacher - Verna H. 90-27 - "Bill Mikel, who was raised in Jenny Lind, told me he saw his first car in 1903. He also remembered his first ride, if it could be called that. In the spring of 1904, Mr. H. got stuck in the mud while going through Jenny Lind. Bill and some boys helped push him out and they stood on the running board for a short ride." 83-8 - "Hunkeypiller's" was the only jewelry store for many years.
