Hi List, I am out here in California. Are there any records at Ft. Smith, that go back to 1839? I am looking for the birth date on Caroline E. HOWARD. She was born in 1839, Ft. Smith. Parents are Mark William HOWARD and Rachel MARKHAM. Her brother, William Harper HOWARD, born 17 Nov 1841 at Ft. Smith. I have all of the birth dates on the other Howard children. Caroline is the only one I don't have. Hope someone can find this info for me. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks. Carol Stewart
